Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At SKIN | Medical Aesthetics Atelier, we value your time as well as the time of our providers and clients. To ensure we can accommodate all appointments and maintain a seamless schedule, we kindly ask that you review the following policy.

Appointment Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service charge.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Credit Card on File
To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card information is securely stored and will only be used in accordance with this policy.

Product Purchases
For hygiene and safety reasons, all product purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return.
