For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. If a product is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

Yes. You can purchase products at our front desk during business hours. Call ahead to make sure your product is in stock.
Will these products work with my prescription skincare?
Some active ingredients don't mix well, especially with retinoids or acne prescriptions. Let us know what you're using, and we'll recommend products that work together.
Can I use these products after a treatment?
Some products are ideal after treatment, while others should be paused for a few days. Follow your aftercare instructions, and ask us if you're unsure.
