Do I need any experience to do my own facial?

Not at all. Your esthetician guides you through every step live, and your kit includes a step-by-step guide to keep, so it’s easy even if you’ve never done a facial before.

Can I do a virtual facial with friends?

Yes! Book a group session for 3 or more guests, and each guest receives their own kit. It’s a fun way to celebrate or unwind together.

Can I reorder my kit products?

Yes. SKIN at Home clients receive 20% off reorders of their kit products, or you can book a Refill Session.

  • Kits ship within 2–3 business days of booking. Please allow 5–7 days for delivery.
  • Sessions are held by video. You’ll need a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera.
  • Need to reschedule? Please give us 48 hours’ notice.
  • Kit products are non-refundable once shipped.
