Membership terms
Fees and credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
6-month minimum
After 6 months, membership continues month to month until you cancel.
After you cancel
You have 60 days from your cancellation date to use any remaining credit.
Monthly billing
Charged automatically to your card on file, on your enrollment date each month.
Freezing
After your first 6 months, you can request a 30–60 day freeze in writing, with approval.
Credit rollover
Unused credit rolls over each month while your membership is active and payments are current.

Does my credit expire?
Not while you're a member. Unused credit rolls over every month as long as your membership is active and payments are current. If you cancel, you have 60 days to use what's left.
What can I use my credit on?
Any service, product or package at SKIN, including injectables, facials, peels and skincare.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the 6-month minimum, with 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Canceling earlier requires paying the remaining balance of the 6 months.
Can I pause my membership?
After your first 6 months, you can request a 30–60 day freeze in writing. Freezes during the first 6 months are only approved for medical or emergency reasons.
Do member discounts stack with package savings?
Yes, the extra 5% off packages applies on top of your member discount
